Following error message appearing when running the package. No interference with the outputs yet.

Error: mkl-service + Intel(R) MKL: MKL_THREADING_LAYER=INTEL is incompatible with libgomp.so.1 library.

This comes from somewhere within nnunet or its dependencies. In actuality, without MKL_THREADING_LAYER=INTEL, the software may not even run. For those reasons, I don't think we can fix this, and suppressing it will hide potentially useful diagnostic information.

We're getting the same error message, although it looks like the processing still completes. Are there any updates?

I did find this potential solution, although I haven't tried it yet. Do you think this could be an acceptable fix that won't alter the results?

Hi @opucket,

Thanks for your interest in NiChart_DLMUSE. No updates yet on our end about this, although the solution you sent looks promising. Since the setting involved deals with how multiple processes are created/managed on the machine, and not the actual content of those processes, I believe the results should be unaffected.
