Error running DLMUSE on PHENOM

Hi,

I am trying to run DLMUSE on another site 'NUIG' in PHENOM. I am getting error in the first step of reorientation which says '' File "/cbica/home/cuiyu/.conda/envs/nDLMUSE_git/lib/python3.12/site-packages/nibabel/batteryrunners.py", line 271, in log_raise
raise self.error(self.problem_msg)
nibabel.spatialimages.HeaderDataError: vox offset 348 too low for single file nifti1

Hi Dhivya,

It seems like I don't have permissions to access anything under the PsychAnalysis directory. Could you copy the log file somewhere I can access it?

Preliminarily, I'll say that this bug looks like an issue with the NIFTI header again. I'll do my best to help but there may not be much I can do besides suggest QC.
