Investigate compilation to wasm on the fly

Just an idea. At least it is theoretically viable. Initially thought about this for FTC, but I think doing this for other langs makes sense as well, and it would also be a good exercise to actually learn wasm.

• How to instantiate a dynamically generated wasm module in JS (which can be adapted to Rust via js-sys and web-sys)
• Supercombinator compiler for various existing target architectures
