GAME CHEESE: Hold shift down the entire time to win the game

Since many enemies stop their action or aggressive AI after you shift, you can basically make yourself intangible by holding down shift constantly. This makes:

1. Laser sniper enemies unable to ever fire on you
2. Summoners unable to summon
3. Shooty enemies unable to shoot

Proposed fix: Keep the enemy aggressive AI like 1-2 seconds after you swap so that way if you're spamming swap it wouldn't be as broken defensively

@pwcarney Is this still a problem? Easiest solution is a cooldown on the shift effect but this may mess with the final boss fight. You could give them some kind of powerup before the final boss that allows the PC to shift infinitely
