FLAIR diffexp crashes when samples are not in continuous ordered groups #646

Description

@cafelton

One thing that has been frustrating for a time is that diffexp only allows input of 2 groups, but I recently found that even if you input only 2 condition groups, if they are in an order such as A B A B A B, it crashes. It only runs with conditions ordered as A A A B B B.
For the future, we should allow input of tables with any number of groups and have the user specify which group is A and which group is B. We should also improve the file parsing so that groups can be in any order.
