License and Source for NQC Docs?

Hello @afanofosc,

A couple questions were raised on a Debian packaging list regarding the files under the "Docs" link (NQC_Guide.pdf, NQC_Manual.pdf, NQC_Tutorial.pdf, and NQCTutorialSamples.zip) on the original NQC website:

• What might the the license might be for the files under the "Docs" link on the original NQC website?
• Are there source files from which these PDF documents were generated?

As it currently stands, there is question as to whether these would be able to be included in a Debian package, and it was not thought sufficient to simply claim that the MPL under which the NQC source code was released also covered these.

Most of those documents were inherited when I took over the NQC project from Dave Baum many years ago. My interpretation is that the documentation is part of the open source project and falls under the same MPL license.
