We should add maneuvering / evasion capabilities / and a ballistic mode.

Currently, modern ballistic missiles (such as some recently used by Iran) are capable of performing impressive terminal-phase maneuvers to evade defenses, whereas ours only follows a simple ballistic trajectory.

This is already implemented for regular / MissileLauncher based missiles via the "weave" guidance type. For ballistic missiles an initial "agmballistic" boost guidance stage may be combined with a terminal "weave" guidance via "terminalHoming" and "terminalHomingRange".

You know, some missiles are equipped with RWR, and they react when they detect an incoming missile—similar to the BD Pilot AI feature when Guard Mode is enabled, where they start evasive maneuvers once a missile is launched at them.
