VSIX detects SSMS21 and SSMS22

I have SSMS21 and SSMS22 installed in Windows on my laptop.
So when I run VSIX it shows me :
SSMS21
SSMS22

and suggests to mark , I selected both, installed.

Then checked :
SSMS21 - Parser did not install
SSMS22 - Parser installed

May be need to do not detect and do not show the SSMS21?

As of right now we only support SSMS 22, the current version. So it shouldn't suggest 21. Curious that it is. I'll leave this open and investigate it later.
