Maximum points along a ray

An overwhelming majority of the rays have ~600 points only.

• Cutoff the max number of points at 600.

The arrays are still of size maxPoints. While doing putVar we specify the second dimension of pointCountIdx as 600. All arrays are then reset to the default NC_FILL_FLOAT value to account for <600 points.

maxPoints will need to be made a parameter in the future.
