[NOTE] ESP32S3 Octal and JTAG pins

According to the ESP32-S3-WROOM-2 datasheet:

• GPIO33~37: connected to the internal flash and are not routed outside of the module
• GPIO38~42: To use them , GPIO3 must be pulled high during boot, otherwise these pins are JTAG (MTCK, MTDO, MTDI, MTMS).
