Remove utm tags appended during sharing

Reddit likes to leave a trail at their users when they share a post or a comment through the share sheet by appending a utm_medium tag with the app and OS info. With out.reddit.com tracking partially removed, I think it'll be best to remove these traking tags when you share something from the share sheet. Plus it's kinda annoying to strip the tags off the url manually
