docs: [EPIC] v0.2.1: Doccumentation & Explicit API

📃 Description

Levtus already have a dedicated page within GitHub. But it doesn't have a dedicated doccumentation website. We will use Astro to create one.

🌟Requirements

• Create an interactive landing page that will lead to every single option: API Pages or tutorial
• Create a doccumentation for all APIs in Levtus
• Create several limited tutorial for building apps in Levtus. You can keep this limited, as there's no official integration with Levtus yet.
