Card storage and cross referencing with meta in elastic

• send built, enriched cards in elastic index Card-data-index (name TBD)
• Set up a card retrieval queue in Rabbit (separate queue for each card type)
• Build card retriever (separate ticket)
• Send final version of retrieved card containing up to date business metadata to elastic index Card-meta-index (name TBD)
• Set up an elastic data pipeline, that enhances card-data-index card data with metadata/updated process data from card-meta-index
