In gurobi_solver.py/solve_LP(), change linprog(c, A, b, bounds).fun into linprog(c=np.array(c), A_ub=np.array(A), b_ub=np.array(b), bounds=bounds).fun
linprog(-c, A, b, bounds).fun into linprog(c=np.array(-c), A_ub=np.array(A), b_ub=np.array(b), bounds=bounds).fun
In linear_region.py/verify(), change res = res and (solve_LP(np.matmul(P[i], C), A, b, None, is_minimum=False) + np.matmul(P[i], d) <= qu[i]) into res = res and (solve_LP(np.matmul(P[i], C), A, b, (None, None), is_minimum=False) + np.matmul(P[i], d) <= qu[i])
