• Tutorial is in R, but the interactive environment that opens does not support R

In description:

• "in terms of: - Research productivity - Received citations - Collaboration indicators" I suppose using "-" is for item list? I suggest either change to itemlist (each item on one line), or replace "-" with comma or number.

• Same formatting issue in "Prerequisites Required" section

• in "Social Science Relevance", there is an irrelevant line "Setup"

• From section 4 onwards, I suggest to put the long line of code/commands in seperate lines, and distinguish different code snippets with line breaks.

An old version (commit ID) was used in Methods Hub, so I updated the commit ID and had it rebuild. But the rebuild somehow fails now:

I do not access for looking into it. it runs on binder perfectly, there has to be some problem from our side.

The problem seems to be when rendering the qmd file, the YAML header in particular. The colon seems to be a problem?

Ok, I quoted the title and let it render again, let's see if it worked
