Changes for the calibration of the Youngs modulus calibration

• the hardcoded 4*100 MCMC samples should be parameterized or at least tested, this is IMO much too small,
• the usage of an old probeye version,
• the fixed prior for the noise level for the displacements (0.005mm?, this seems to be way too small)
• units are not used in the calibration part (leading the to ? in the above point)
  Potentially, this could be split in multiple issues once being worked on.
