Link Label (linkBinding)

Is it possible to write custom template for the link label? I have found documentation for template.link, but nothing such as linkLabel etc.

I would like to draw a custom percentage circle around a percentage number (specifying owner percentage)?

An alternative would be to add this circle at top of the node card, like inverted minus/plus at the top, however then i had issues with z-index and lines appearing over it.
