Is this actually being maintained?

As this gem is the official omniauth integration for Azure AD is someone actually taking ownership of merging the pull requests which fix the currently broken published version ?

I am assuming this is not maintained as critical functionality is broken currently and there is a basic PR to fix the issue sitting unmerged. Please merge so users can avoid forking for such a small fix. Thank you!

We are actively considering switching to using this gem for several of our applications, but the fact that #40 has sat idle for so long is making us sadly have to consider otherwise.

It would very helpful just to get a response from a MS employee as to whether we should consider this gem abandoned.
