The following error was reported during an azd up command

Deploying services (azd deploy)

(x) Failed: Deploying service application

ERROR: getting target resource: more than one possible resource group was found. explicitly specify your resource group in azure.yaml or the AZURE_RESOURCE_GROUP environment variable
