Deployment SecretsGenerator hangs

Hi,

Deployment "SecretsGenerator" seems to be hanging for me. This in turn possibly failing other two deployments looks like.
Note that I needed to delete resource group from the first attempt due to wrong location in config, which had left few resources soft deleted and needed purging.

Thank you. Can you share the details of why it is hanging? Eventually I should time-out and you should get access to does details.

I ran it many times, sometimes left running in the night for more than 12 hours. But could not figure out why this particular step was hanging. I will have delete everything and try again I guess if its just me facing this issue.

fyi: I did not have this issue when deploying the app.
