I was wondering if there can be an option added to the sh.dist() function so that when you are in the Shiny app you can convert the legend for the Depth distribution figure from continuous to discrete. With the Gulf of Mexico Atlantis model the system is very deep with a relatively steep slope so, when looking at the Depth distribution map with a continuous scale legend, it looks like the modeled system has just three depth layers but there are several.
