[Bug Report]: plots using SSB output for mammals render incorrectly #73

Describe the bug

Neus atlantis post processing of SSB/recruits shows strange pattern in plots of some species (RWH, BWH, SAL). Could be in the post processing, could be in the atlantistools functions.

Is this a duplicate issue?
