MRK capsules produce constant hissing sound.

Hi, the MRK capsules, both recovery and standard play a constant hissing sound that pulses. There is no way to stop it, rendering the parts completely unusable.

Correction: It seems to be the service modules doing this. I have confirmed it with the ATV SM I think the MRK SM is also doing it.
