handle start position

If I have a slider with values of 1 to 10, no intermediate value set, the slider handle start position is at 6.
It should be right in the middle of the slider, at 5.5 (even if that value is not a selectable one later)

Hi Diana,

We can't cause the start value will be a "real" value we can give. Will try to find a workaround but not sure i can.
