Transient names after they are submitted to GCN or TNL

All the transients are named as per the ZTF internal naming scheme in the format, ZTF1XXsomeletters.

It would be better for the users to know that this name is not the final name when the transient is followed up by other telescopes and submitted to GCN.

I would suggest giving the published name along with the ZTF name for the transient for more information.

The ZTF names are for uniformity. We do want to do more with the TNS names, spectra and so on. That will likely happen after the first/public release.
