How to receive the sticker packs I've received in other devices?

It could be a very specific software issue, as I'm on Mavericks (macOS/OS X 10.9), with Java 17 and custom port of signal-cli, libsignal-service-java and a minor thing, but since receive syncs the message, I do not believe that that's the issue.
I also tried sendSyncRequest, followed by receive. Even then, I don't see sticker packs in listStickerPacks.

Received sticker packs aren't synced to linked devices directly.
Only if you install/add them will they be synced.
In signal-cli that works with addStickerPack command on the device that has received the sticker pack.
Alternatively send a note to self message with a sticker from the sticker pack to propagate the sticker pack to linked devices.

Hmm, looks like I've worded this badly. By received, I actually meant added as my sticker packs.
