needing a cli accessible on my raspberry pi (aarch64)

tried heaps of different things using gpt as a guide but nothing seems to work feels like im going around in circles. is anyone able to help?

PS - it doesnt unpackage from my signal-cli when i install it, it also doesnt label itself with the correct release version, just "signal-cli"

Try to follow Quickstart manually and in case of problems please provide us with the necessary details – what is your environment, do you use the (default) JRE version (for which you need to replace the native libsignal library on aarch64) or the native GraalVM build, which steps from the wiki did you try that didn't work, what exactly did you install, which error messages do you get?
Without the above, it's impossible to guide you.

I compile the native ELF (because it's faster than the JVM) in aarch64 because I use it in RPi and Termux.

I upload them here when I find time and can upload latest release tomorrow if you'd like to use it.

After you decompress the archive, the binary has the name 'signal-cli' and does not contain the version in the filename. To see what version you got you have to run ./signal-cli --version.
