cover action "mark last task done" / settings to change cover actions

Please add the possibility to mark the first task on cover as done.

As this is the third cover action we need some settings to decide which cover actions should be active.

As some things like fast listswitch are dependent on some global cover actions variables (coverActionMulti/Single), we also need to refactor those things.
