install failed

Hi,

I am using manual installing option and I got this:

Warning: unable to access index for repository http://cran.us.r-project.org/src/contrib:
cannot open URL 'http://cran.us.r-project.org/src/contrib/PACKAGES'

it seems that all the access to cran are failed.

I also tried to use Conda install, but failed also.

Any solution?

the conda issue: failed with repodata from current_repodata.json, will retry with next repodata source
