Current default in src/syntha/modules/hypertension.py is lisinopril, with amlodipine as the stage-2 add-on. Turkish primary care often uses perindopril or ramipril as first-line ACEi, and nebivolol is widely used. We need: (a) confirmation of which agent is most representative across TR primary care today, (b) reference (TKD / Türk Hipertansiyon Uzlaşı Raporu / SGK), (c) which dose and once-daily vs split. Implementation is a one-line change in the module and the rxnorm.py table once we agree.
