Humai Accord v1.5 — July 31, 2026
Architectural Honesty, Material Integrity, Calibration & Relevancy Orbits
Major operational, honesty, integrity, calibration, and relational-structure expansion of the Humai Accord since v1.4. This release adds material integrity and recovery protocols, a staged transitional incentive ramp, hardened liberty and stewardship bounds, simulation and empirical integrity rules, purpose-scope and proposal-surface logic across the interface–recovery–integrity surface, and Relevancy Orbits as the relational complement to the tidal architecture.

Summary of Impact
v1.5 closes the major post–v1.4 gaps in material integrity, recovery under circulation pressure, transitional adoption incentives, liberty residual powers, stewardship anti-capture, simulation honesty, and relational structure. Key advances include Utilization Integrity and Circulation Recovery as first-class protocols, a staged Transitional Incentive ramp, operational definitions for Temporal Causal Entropy, mandatory adversarial simulation posture, purpose-scoped capacity and proposal surfaces across the interaction and material layers, and Relevancy Orbits as the relational complement to the knowledge and material tidal systems.
The architectural and methodological gaps highlighted by development and external critique after v1.4 have been closed at the documentation level. Remaining challenges continue to center on implementation, published adversarial results, entropy audits, and long-horizon stress-testing rather than missing foundational architecture.
Fully aligned with all 11 Core Principles. Unowned, freely forkable, and designed for continual refinement.
