[Feature] Universal Tracker support

What feature would you like to see?

Since most features, and issues have been done/dealt with. It may be good to look into UT.
It's a tracker that uses the apworld itself so should be up to date always unlike PopTracker might not be.
It's also recently added support for a map page. Tho no tooltips yet till MD is released.
Even without full support for all features it will make finding logic errors, and updating PopTracker easier.

• Base UT support. (Should work as Jak doesn't do Entrance Rando or anything complex like it.)
• UT yaml-less (not requiring a player yaml)
• UT integrated into the client. (UT features will be accessible in the Jak and Daxter client if UT is installed)
• UT map page (integrated/external PopTracker map)
• UT auto-tabbing (map switching. Would need a new map for each area)
• UT Out of Logic (Show all "Advanced movement logic", ect as glitch logic if not enabled)

Note: /get_logical_path & /explain should also work when the rule builder changes merges.
Also currently UT doesn't have anything to show if you have important items (moves & enough power cells) as PopTracker does.

UT yaml-less has been merged: ArchipelagoMW#6066 So should be in next Archipelago Launcher release.
There's also a PR for adding UT integration into the Jak client. (PR made to pre-release apworld, and will carry over to core later)
