Download pages as the manga is read

It would be great if there could be a toggle, for saving read pages to disk. So as you read the manga you will then have it saved on your device. There could also be option to always buffer up the next chapters as you read (saving them to the device).

First one is something we could do, it already downloads the pages so it can just save them rather than saving to cache.

Yeah, it seem similar to that Netflix feature, but idk about deleting the chapter after you have read it? Maybe the 2 settings should interact with each other?

The hard part it probably making the UI intuative rather than the functionality.
