Light mode is not applied on "Terms and Conditions" page

Describe the Bug

When the user changes the mode from dark to light, the light mode will not be applied on "Terms and Conditions" page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://shop-sphere-2n6k.vercel.app/termsAndConditions
2. From the side menu, change the mode from dark to light
   The Terms and Conditions page is still in Dark mode.

Expected Behavior

When the user changes the mode from dark to light or vice versa, the mode should be applied on the "Terms and Conditions" page.
