Adding a Testimonials sections in the "Recommendations" Page

Adding the Testimonials or basically "What users say about us/ Reviews" section below the Trending courses part and above the footer session.
I want it to mainly have about 3-4 reviews with ratings after each user icon/image/avatar and name like 4.5/5 etc written.
I would love then to be a paragraph for the following each

• overall recommendation of courses
• how good is the personalized plans provided by us
• the journey throughout
• the service we provide
  the above 4 as the content

Also, I would like them in a single line but in some animation effect , like 2 at a time and scrolling or smooth transitions for one a time and they un in loop like review-1-2-3-4-1.. in motion etc
Due to the specific requirement I have, I have labelled it as Intermediate- and it needs to be done in the same way as mentioned
I can't have any references but this is usually there in any service based pages so can take help from there

You can say so, but dimension wise you will have to work on it. I mean a bit more content and like I mentioned scrolling and maybe 2 at a time on the page and then the other 2 scrolling
