[Feature]: XP display after level 10

Description

I'm playing with some mods that extends leveling out to level 20. I'm really missing the xp popping up above my head showing how much xp I'm getting. No other mod fills this void I feel now that I'm level 11+
I think a setting saying "display xp after level 10" would be an easy fix!

Hi, I’d also like to support this request.
I’m playing with VanillaPlusProfessions (VPP), which extends skills to level 20. After level 10, the XP pop-ups and HUD no longer appear, which makes progression completely invisible.

The VPP developer mentioned that this part is not under their control, but that VPP already provides an API exposing the new XP/level limits so other mods like UI Info Suite 2 could use it:

It would be amazing if UIIS2 could use this API so XP tracking continues beyond level 10. Thanks a lot for considering, and for maintaining this great mod!
