🗣️ Describe the bug

Animations do not load when set through summon arguments while using the storage data pack type.

Example command
function animated_java:.../summon {args: {animation: "test", frame: 0}}

⚠️ Error Message

🔄️ How to Reproduce

Set the data pack export type to Storage
Export blueprint (with an animation, for clarity set starting frame pose to very different than the base model)
Attempt to summon blueprint
Observe default pose

✅ Expected Behavior

The animation should play like in the function mode
