[FERMATA 2.0.0] Prev/Next Controls in Youtube

As outlined by Andrey in post #687 this build fix the prev/next buttons in Youtube, but unfortunately, that's true only on screen; in that the prev/next buttons on the steering wheel are now completely irresponsive (...before, with version 1.9.9 by pressing steering wheel prev/next buttons caused one of the bars to pop on the screen). Furthermore, the setting for playback control is still unique "prev/next - long click" and the workaround (...previously working with the next button only) now does no longer work.

For the steering wheel control you need to launch the Fermata Media Service app.

It's not a separate app, it's included in the Fermata Auto apk. You can find it in AA on the car screen.
