Update Notification

Hello Andrey. I want to start by saying thank you for all you've done. I take part in the Fermata Auto Beta app and when I open the app on my phone, I'm getting s notification there's an update and I'm not sure if i should or shouldn't perform the update. Some guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I do not provide any Beta. You probably installed some thirdparty build and this update will not work for you. Just disable it in settings.

So even if I've got Wireless Android auto already I would still need a an adapter?

Yes. With the adapter, AA thinks that it's connected to the emulator and enables sideloaded apps.

Now I see or at least I think I do. I'm a little new to all of this type of technology. It's because app you're going to give me is actually a side loaded app correct? That's why I need the adapter for the size of the capability? Charlie Knudsen

Yes, Android Auto does not show sideloaded apps on the car screen.
