  1. When using the color picker, the HEX value does not contain # prefix. This is not in keeping with the the HEX value passed upon clicking a strip.
  2. Color picker passes color to input box as well as preview box. It sets text color white or black depending on the lightness of the color value. This needs to be the case when editing a strip as well.
