Cannot coerce type "closure" to vector of type "character" #39

I try to run UpdateR,

updateR()

and get the following output in Rstudio:

I have no idea why this is happening. My current R version is 3.6.3 Patched (2020-04-28 r78595), running on Mac OS Catalina (10.15).
