Button taskflow styling wrong in Firefox

Describe the bug

When the DPI setting for a screen in Windows is increased, the taskflow button does not render correctly in Firefox.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. [Windows] Go to configuration screen -> system -> screen -> scale and set it to 125% or higher (if not already done by the OS)
2. [Firefox] (storybook runs) Go to http://localhost:6006/?path=/story/ui-form-button--secondary-variant
3. See styling issue

Expected behavior
No styling isue
