Installation of c code

Hello sir,

i have som troubles trying to install the c code.
I have installed the program mingwX64.
went to the path where the c code is saved and hit in the cmd

C:\Users\Sami\mlpython\mathutils>gcc -o nonlinear_.exe nonlinear_.c
C:\Users\Sami\mlpython\mathutils>gcc -o linalg_.exe linalg_.c

but i always got an error

Can you please help us with the step "Installation of the c code" ?

Currently, I don't have access to Windows operating system.

I was not able to compile the c code. I have a windows operating system. How can i achieve that please?

please provide more information on the error outputs and version of OS, python, etc. you are using.

I use win 10,
I open a command ms dos, navigate to the folder mlpython\mathutils and hit the command

gcc -o linalg_.exe linalg_.c

to compile the c code, according the to the line

ML python also uses some native codes in C programming language for correct installation

And then get the error
unable to compile the data linalg_.c

Sry for the late answer. I was not there in the last few days.

This is the error

linalg_.c:27:20: fatal error: Python.h: No such file or directory
#include "Python.h"
compilation terminated

I am not an expert with mlpython dataset. This is why, i ask you please. I set the path for MLPYTHON_DATASET_REPO where the datasets are stored, meaning my (3d) mri images.

But in the script https://github.com/havaeimo/semi_bts_svm/tree/master/generalized_methods (e.g. for modell_sklearn_knn.py) here, in readme.md, they are asking for FILENAME.txt,

• dataset_name is the name of the folder containing the dataset files.
  Files will be loaded in "ML_DATASET_REPO/mlpython_dataset_directory/dataset_name/FILENAME.txt"

i have no ideas how i can generate that kind of files. I mean which values the txt files should contain. They give any details about that or which values the metadata.txt should also contain. I dont know if it has something to do with mlpython. Please if you have any ideas, pls let me know.
