Analítica y privacidad

Harmonic Beacon usa analítica propia, alojada en infraestructura administrada por AlterMundi, para entender visitas, campañas, escucha, participación en eventos y conversiones. Registramos páginas y acciones generales, referrer, parámetros UTM e identificadores publicitarios presentes en la URL, país/región aproximados, navegador y dispositivo. Al iniciar sesión vinculamos identificadores técnicos opacos con la cuenta para evitar duplicados.

No recolectamos contraseñas, tokens, secretos, URLs firmadas, números de pago, contenido de formularios, audio, video ni chat. Los pagos, membresías y duraciones confiables provienen únicamente de los sistemas responsables, no del navegador. Los datos se usan para operar y mejorar Harmonic Beacon, medir alcance y tomar decisiones de producto y campañas.

Los identificadores de red se eliminan a los 30 días, los click IDs a los 90 y los eventos crudos de navegación a los 180. Analytics and privacy

Harmonic Beacon uses first-party analytics hosted by AlterMundi to understand visits, campaigns, listening, event attendance and conversions. We record general pages/actions, referrer, UTM and advertising click identifiers present in the URL, approximate country/region, browser and device. After sign-in, opaque technical identifiers are linked to the account to prevent duplicate people and conversions.

We do not collect passwords, authentication tokens, secrets, signed URLs, payment numbers, form contents, audio, video or chat.
