Objective

Complete the bilingual public journey at listen.harmonicbeacon.com for registered weekly Free and Founding Listener membership.

Canonical journey

• Product/URL: Harmonic Beacon at listen.harmonicbeacon.com; exact isolated rehearsal host earlybirds-staging.harmonicbeacon.com.
• Public surface is mobile-first, calm and uses Listener/Harmonic Beacon naming; EarlyBird is historical branch/milestone language only.
• Shared Beacon Account (IDENTITY — Shared Harmonic Beacon sign-in and profile across subdomains #396) is the only ordinary account entry point. Supported access methods are Google, Apple when enabled, or verified email/password.
• Public magic-link login is retired and is not an acceptance criterion. Email links exist only for address verification, password reset and confirmed email change.
• New registered Free accounts receive three server-owned hours per fixed seven-day cycle, anchored on first authorized playback; no daily schedule or welcome grant exists.
• Founding Listener is USD 5/month while service remains uninterrupted and removes the weekly limit.
• Free For All remains a reversible non-member override.
• Browser redirects, email and provider UI never grant membership.
• No therapeutic/medical claims and no claim about whether the Beacon source is recorded or live instrumentation.

Acceptance

• Canonical Listener root, metadata, sitemap/robots, Terms/Privacy and HarmonicBeacon.com backlinks.
• Provider-neutral Account implementation, weekly Free, Founder profile/status and account recovery actions.
• Public magic-link login retired; verification/reset/change-email links are bounded Account actions, not login credentials.
• Human staging acceptance for email verification, password reset, email/password sign-in and Account → Listener SSO without a second prompt. Evidence and runtime provenance are consolidated in IDENTITY — Shared Harmonic Beacon sign-in and profile across subdomains #396.
• ES/EN intro + Beacon one-action experience and server-side reactive field.
• Payment surfaces remain hidden/fail-closed when provider flags are OFF.

Implementation checkpoint: the accepted global landing and one-action Listener presentation are now in draft PR #203 at 04e578b. Focal Listener tests (77) and the full suite (1,047) pass; lint, TypeScript and build are green. Public ES/EN responsive browser checks pass at desktop and mobile. Next acceptance step is authenticated staging visual/physical review; namespace migration remains separately tracked and is not bundled into this presentation slice.

Canonical public hostname is now confirmed: listen.harmonicbeacon.com. DNS resolves to mona. TLS/vhost and production auth boundary remain part of the controlled cutover in #210; earlybirds-staging.harmonicbeacon.com remains preview-only until that acceptance passes.

Coordination update (2026-08-07): moved back to Todo. The bounded version-0 public test intentionally uses the accepted one-screen Listener without constellation, regional presence or the longer campaign narrative. Registration, weekly Free windows and Free For All now live in #196/#214/#201. This broader journey remains useful follow-up work after human acceptance; it is not active and does not block the current MVP.
