qa: build a cross-platform community installation evidence matrix

Goal

Collect reproducible installation and first-run evidence on the three community targets in the roadmap: Linux x64, macOS Apple Silicon, and Windows 11 + WSL2.

Matrix

For each target record:

• OS / architecture;
• Node, pnpm, DSH, and DSHelm versions;
• install command and elapsed time;
• profile discovery path;
• dshelm doctor result;
• one successful model-resolution / trace command;
• uninstall result;
• any path, permission, proxy, Gatekeeper, or shell-specific failure.

Privacy boundary

Evidence must redact tokens, cookies, private repository names, account identifiers, and user-home paths where they reveal personal information. Product-owned credentials should be observed only through status/reference metadata; do not export them into DSHelm fixtures.

Completion

This issue is complete when all three platform rows have a linked evidence record and any platform-specific failure has either a tracked follow-up issue or an explicit documented limitation.

Community task split: two bounded newcomer-friendly verification tasks are now open:

• good first issue: verify source-preview install on macOS Apple Silicon #15 — macOS Apple Silicon source-preview install evidence
• good first issue: verify source-preview install on Windows 11 + WSL2 #16 — Windows 11 + WSL2 source-preview install evidence

Both are labeled good first issue + help wanted, use the existing Install Report form, require redacted reproducible evidence, and explicitly avoid speculative compatibility claims. Keep #8 as the parent matrix until all target rows are supported by linked evidence.
