compat: complete DSH 0.1.2-rc.1 client graph migration

Follow-up after release infrastructure completion.

Current gap:

• package graph is still pinned to dsh 0.1.0-rc.7 client runtime packages.
• 0.1.2-rc.1 changes ownership to dsh-client-modules and requires verified client injection migration.

Plan:

• resolve exact npm package graph;
• migrate dsh.client.inject semantics;
• regenerate lockfile with coherent prerelease pins;
• run pack/install, isolated profile, doctor/init/uninstall evidence;
• update compatibility metadata only after evidence passes.

No compatibility claim should be widened before the evidence gate passes.
