Add support for Billions networks

I'm David Rodriguez from Billions Network protocol team.
We'd like to add Billions networks to agentscan.info supported networks. We already are a supported network with official deployed contracts from https://github.com/erc-8004/erc-8004-contracts listed in the README. We are also supported network in other agent explorers like 8004scan.io (https://8004scan.io/networks), which has more than 25,000 registered agents.

We already have more than 25,000 agents registered in our ERC-8004 IdentityRegistry contract in Billions Network in production and paired with human owners verified with Proof of Uniqueness credential in Billions attestations using our Verified Agent Identity skill.
