[0.2.3] Cannot begin oral on Dom while another one is present

Not sure whether I am missing something, but it is not obvious to me, why the option is absent.

Steps to reproduce:

1. prostitute as submissive to one NPC
2. second NPC with penis joins in
3. second NPC undresses, does another interaction, etc. pp. ...
4. second NPC starts oral interaction
5. second NPC asks to begin=> no option to
6. 'Tease Cock'
   => still no option to actually get serious

Expected behaviour: Some option to start, e.g. 'Open mouth' or 'Blowjob' should have been available at step 4, at the latest at step 5.

Seems to work fine for me, the npc just uses the 'tease' action sometimes instead of the 'asking to start sucking'. It's just random

Huh. Will try to reproduce again. Thing is that in step 4 the NPC did the 'asking to start sucking' action (or well, at least they uttered something that made me believe they had), but no option appeared to obliege them.
