docvet 1.1: Examples and Cross-References Now Check Every Module

[Alberto-Codes]

missing-examples and missing-cross-references previously only fired on class-like symbols. Both rules now apply to all modules — every source file's module docstring is checked for Examples: and See Also: sections.

Also in this release:

• Documentation URLs added to PyPI project metadata (docs site + changelog)
• Module docstrings across the codebase enriched with their own Examples: and See Also: sections
